We have always taken pride in our Molding / Tooling and it shows.
You can personally visit and take a look at the molds that have molded millions of shots, and quickly see that we know what we are doing.
Quality is our number 1 concern, and has always been our way of Manufacturing.
From our smallest Customer to our largest Customer – every part and mold are treated the same.
Here is a picture of our first ISO Certification. We are still certified today, and will continue.
Here you can see just how small these parts are. There is a (US) dime in
the middle of the parts. All parts are free of flash and are held to
very tight tolerances.
Here you can see how many shut-offs were on the guard. All open areas
stayed free of flash for the life of the project. There were
approximately 700,000 parts ran on this 2 cavity mold before it was
retired.
